Easwari Engineering College, a division of SRM Group of Educational Institutions, was established in the year 1996 with a commitment to provide quality education. The fields of specialization cover Engineering, Technology, Management Studies and Computer Applications. Students are focused and well developed to face the fast changing and challenging needs of society and Industry. Easwari Engineering College, an ISO certified Institution, is approved by the Govt. of Tamilnadu and AICTE, and is affiliated to Anna University. The college is located in the heart of the city at Ramapuram in a sprawling campus with world-class infrastructure for higher learning. The college currently offers seven under-graduate and seven post-graduate programmes, including MBA and MCA.

The Department of Management Studies was established in the year 2001 with an objective to provide quality management education. It has an excellent and dedicated team of full - time faculty, specializing in all the functional areas of management. It aims at developing centers for excellence in Management Education, Training, Research and Consultancy and to create a new class of professional managers in tune with the needs of today's highly competitive global environment. Besides the Institution aims at academic exchange programmes with reputed International Business schools. Ethics, Values and Philosophies of quality education at Easwari guide the Institute to promote continuous improvement. The Department of Management Studies has very eminent scholars associated as faculty members, advisors and visiting faculty members. Easwari provides the faculty opportunities to participate and present papers at national and international conferences. The faculties are also members of professional bodies and are active in contributing to divergent organizations along with providing consulting services and conducting MDP Programs.
