India's dilemmas in world bank: the politics of bargaining or influence
Dr. Badruddin
Abstract:
India, world's largest democracy has been associated with World Bank since its inception during Breton Woods's conference signed some 70 Years back. Among the first signatories of International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (renamed as World Bank: WB), profounder, semi-guardian and active member in various economic agendas, India continues to play significant but weak and ineffective partner in various decision making activities. Nevertheless, large number of projects like railways, social services, health programmes and various civil constructions; India was benefitted but suffered badly due to loans after loans from WB and heavy arrears crossing over billions of dollars and thereafter became repeated defaulter due to non-payment of arrears. Aggregate world's largest debtor of WB and IDA, India was forced to collaborate with unhealthy bargainers like USAID, IMF, TNCs and ADB, consequently loosing the credibility in global market. Power bargainers forced India to renegotiate the economic philosophy and ideology of WB during the era of globalization that kept India at higher risk of repayment capacity. India therefore remains in dilemma about economic management with WB. The paper examines as how the changing metrics of public private partnership, consumer friendly behavior, qualitatively better products and market oriented economy can affect our ongoing economic reforms. India can become leading actors, thanks to IT Graduates, knowledge bank and readily available resource that can regain with support of large number of multinationals. The paper suggests as how global economic dilemmas can be minimized with support of transparent domestic policy, national treatment, collaboration with mutually advantageous economy and FDI on lines with accountable administration. The findings of the paper are based as how mutually beneficial domestic economy can be collaborated with global market. It is high time where India can review economic dependence on external donors by promoting neo-liberal agenda. India needs to have multiple 'equilibrium points' with WB. Major international economic institutions need to be flexible and moderate with poor economies like India. Despite odds and challenges, India has maintained bilateral ties with the officials of WB since ages while our economic reformers have leadership qualities and powerful bargaining tact.

N. Hari Prasad & Dr. J. Parasuraman

Corporate culture welcomes and attracts numerous young just grown fresh engineering graduates to the word of multinational work culture and practices. In order to step into the international cultural practices young graduates completing engineering education has to be self-equipped with numerous skill sets that helps to attain and sustain employment opportunities provided by corporate giants. Various researches prove employer's doors are exposed only to less than ten percent of fresh engineering students. Why? Students with engineering graduation alone are not being employed a quantity of skills extra and beyond degree is influencing employment activities I.e. employability skills. Ongoing research among engineering graduates helps to identify three major dimensions that leads and controls the development of employability skills. Three major dimensions include Student, Staff, and Government interventions. A mutual correlation and strict development and implementation of practicable technical and non-technical education that includes real time corporate exposure and on the job training activities that helps to develop employability skills can trim down the problem of unemployment among graduates. Present research has various variables under testing and implementation, one interesting fact is daily practice on necessary skills to attain desired employment can help a graduate to perform better in employer interview. To cuddle success of corporate employment one has to acquire knowledge on current requirements of corporate and perform the same in interviews. To develop knowledge a new program called STEP – Student Training and Empowerment Program has been designed with current research. In addition, relativity and interdependency among three dimensions are expected to be more influencing aspects in future research outcomes.

Problems associated with the micro and small enterprises: a study among traditional sector entrepreneurs in Nagaland
Imtinungsang Jamir
Abstract:
Small industries though important face a number of problems which have resulted in their retarded growth. Inadequate working capital, lack of information to access markets and foreign business opportunities, lack for trained workers and obsolete technology are some of the major barriers to the growth of small sector industries in India. Due to the liberalization and opening up of the economy, MSMEs are facing stiff competitions from imported foreign products at a lower and cheaper price. This sector needs technological up gradation to produce better quality products at cheaper rate in order to compete specially with the foreign products which come with better quality at lower price. Many segments of small sector especially the unorganized and traditional sectors find it difficult to compete against aggressive marketing by the big domestic and multinational players. Street vendors, petty traders, handicrafts, handloom and power loom weavers, rural artisans etc. are the worse affected by the development of work place. There is a need to evolve a constructive response to this situation by the government as these sectors employee the major rural population by generating maximum employment opportunities and reducing poverty and unemployment.

Solar panel and renewable energy in Mexico - development and outlook for photovoltaic
José G. Vargas-Hernández
Abstract:
Mexico has a great opportunity for the use of renewable energy RE), regardless of type energy is concerned, solar, geothermal, hydro, etc.., Because it is a country with diverse climate sea world, though little explored sparsely and it is necessary to identify the most suitable for promoting public policies and find the absolute advantage, given the international theories, we can use the same basis for rethinking the development of the sector, using as a guide the absolute advantage that Mexico has in its natural resources and climate types. We also see that international experience shows that it is possible to establish markets "green energy" where end users cover their costs and is a highly profitable emerging market, for both sides, provider and consumer, we also see as government programs exist that support the same , a fact that makes it tempting for the investment of national and international firms.

Technological innovations and health care expenditure
Dr. Miniar Ben Ammar Sghari & Pr. Sami Hammami
Abstract:
Public expenditure on health care has been growing over most of the second half of the 20th century, not only in absolute terms, but also in relation to the national income. This practically constant increase was a result of profound economic, institutional, social and technological changes which occurred all over the industrialized world. Such changes led to an increase in public awareness, expectations, and demand for health care on the one hand, and to improvements in capacity of both the medical industry and providers allowing them to offer better, faster and more reliable, albeit often more expensive, health care on the other hand.
